Skyflower – February 2022 notes

This one is a bit of a puzzler. It’s been planted in the driveway for training, which means I purchased it in August 2021 with the other training plants. But I don’t have any photos of it being planted. And it’s not really a tree, so why did I get it? Maybe it was dropped by local wildlife?

Anyway, it took me a long time to work out what it was: a Skyflower (Duranta Erecta). A Mexican plant, which is unusual for that nursery. But my AI app tends to default to American species, which I assume is a result of the AI sample data set.

Puzzles puzzles.

I mean… yeah?

It’s growing happily enough.

Not a tree.

I don’t expect much to come of this one.
